BILLY THE KID & DAN DEDRICK? - RARE Tintype Photo Same Two Men

RARE Tintype Photo... of two men who bare a strong resemblance to: "Billy The Kid & 'Regulator' friend... "Dan Dedrick".
The tintype photo appears to be ca. 1870's... and is in good condition for its age, but please refer to photos for exact picture quality. The Tintype Measures... 3 1/8"   X  2 1/8"... and is blank on the back. The picture seems to show that the "Dan Dedrick" looking fellow, is holding his coat, in a way that shows he's carrying a gun.
The second Black & White Photo, is a well-known pictured purportedly showing "The Kid" & "Dan Dedrick" as young friends & cowboys... and is for comparison only, and not included in the auction. I do not have provenance for this tintype photo, but you can definitely see the very strong similarities between Both men in the picture, which do appear to show the same two men, in each photo. This photo came from an antiques dealer out of Kansas, where "Billy/Henry" & "Catherine McCarty" allegedly lived at one time. Unfortunately, I'm selling this from my archive, and reluctantly, due to unforeseen medical bills.
