SHIPPING AND TERMS
We offer combined shipping.  If for any reason you are asked to pay multiple shipping fees when you buy your items, we will refund the extra amount.
Shipping to Canada and to the USA is (for a parcel up to 500g). Shipping out of Canada and USA will cost more depending on location. If you are from other countries, please ask us for shipping charges.
A tracking number will not be provided with the parcel
due to its high cost for some countries. However, if you ask for it and accept to pay an
extra shipping charge
, we will gladly send it with a tracking number. Just ask us!
Our parcels are very resistant and will protect your items safely.  However, dried insects are extremely fragile and small parts like antennae and tarsi can sometimes break during transit.  In this case, we can not be held responsible, thank you for your understanding!
All parcels are sent via Express post (air mail) and have always reached destination safely and in perfect condition.
