, am a
bsolutely beautiful early classic 1930's vintage Miriam Haskell necklace from the Art Deco Era.  It is unsigned.  The design  is a
luxurious  flat link brass chain link with five (5), soldered molded gold gilt brass figural grape leaves.  Each leaf has  dangle of red-orange  Czech Art glass grapes.  Each dangle is approximately 1 1/2"L  x 1"W  x 3/4" thick.    Accompanying the necklace is pair of earrings each with red-orange Czech Art Glass pear shaped dangle and a small spherical cabochon.  The dangle and cabochon are the same color scheme as the dangles of the necklace.  The earrings fits with a gold gilt brass screw-on backs.     The necklace fastens with a gold gilt brass spring latch to a jump loop. The piece weighs a little over 62.60 grams.    Each earring weighs 5.60 grams.
This original design is extraordinarily beautiful and hard to find.   I have seen is a newer Haskell version to this design being sold by Macy's online.
Dimensions:
15” end to end:  This is not a choker, The necklace lays flat around the base of neckline.  To fit comfortably, your neck measurement must be no more than 14" -14 ½”.
Earrings ~ 1 ½”L  x ½”W.
Condition:
The brass is very heavily tarnished, and is consistent with the nature of gold gilt brass.   The necklace lays flat around the neckline with no kinks.    There are no damaged glass beads on either the necklace or earrings.  I have not noticed any gaps or spaces in the bundles of grapes indicating that there are no missing pieces.  The brass on the earrings is clean with tarnish.  The screw back adjusts to fit securely.
Overall, this  is in well preserved condition when we consider that this piece is well over 80 years old.  It has not been cleaned since removing it from storage.
Please remember this is vintage jewelry from early 1900's it is not new

This piece is another of my personal collection of vintage jewelry by Miriam Haskell.
It has been in storage for years and may need cleaning.  Some of my Haskell jewelry have heavy wear and tarnish, others are, gently worn, some pieces are unworn.  Like this piece, a few pieces have no signature and date pre-WWII, usually around the Art Deco Era,  but are genuine and will be listed as early Haskell.   This set belonged to a relative.
