In 1951 at 17, he was given three life sentences for multiple rapes and robberies. In 1968 ,he received parole due in part to his award winning artistic skills .Soon after he robbed, raped and nearly killed an art gallery clerk with several stab wounds. He decided to run from parole and hid out with Jim Jones and his People's Temple , traveling  with them to Guyana ,which had no extradition treaty with the US. He was suspected of murdering Congressman Leo Ryan and several others at Jonestown. After the massacre, he changed his name and joined the Guyanese Defense Force. He joined a cult known as The House of Israel ,who were responsible for several political murders.  He was never brought to justice and may still be living in Guyana.        Condition is "Used".
