    I believe this to be new old stock as it came from off a shelf in a storage room of a bike shop that has been closed for decades, It is shelf worn and as you can see one spot weld has failed, this is a very rare "space age" add on child seat that is all metal and I believe it had a padded insert which I do NOT have... what you see is what I have, Please inspect the pictures and that is the exact same seat you will receive, I will pack it well and ship it fast for a flat anywhere in the 48 states ONLY
