This is a MINT, rare, hard to find medallion keychain from the Italian American Civil Rights League from 1970-1971 in original unused condition. Extremely rare to find in this condition.
The enamel medallion is 1" round, no chips or dings in the enamel. Keychain is gold tone. It has never been removed from its original sealed plastic bag. All photos are taken through the bag.

created the Italian American Civil Rights League in Brooklyn, NY. On June 29, 1970, 50,000 people attended the first Italian Unity Day rally in
Columbus Circle
in
New York City
. Footage of the 1970 rally appeared in the film
Days of Fury
(1979). On June 28, 1971, at the second Italian Unity Day rally in
Columbus Circle
, Colombo was shot three times, according to wikipedia.
